EFCO USA Sales Representative – Charlotte, NC

We are currently looking for an ambitious Sales Representative that thrives in a team setting. The Sales Representative will perform customer support and sales activities that play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making calls, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales in industrial, energy, and manufacturing markets that have a long sales cycle.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Understanding customer needs and requirements
  • Preparing and following up on quotations
  • Interfacing with technical staff, sales team, and management to schedule meetings, demonstrations, and training sessions on our various products in our facility and on-site at customer locations

Qualifications / Required Skills

  • Outstanding interpersonal/people skills
  • Self-starter able to work both independently and with a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills\
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to travel

Additional Requirements:

  • Must pass an initial alcohol and drug test and adhere to all company policies including the Drug and Alcohol Policy

The following skills are desirable, but not required:

  • Experience with industrial valve repair and maintenance, machining, and testing
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance and repair manuals as well as technical drawings
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Experience working with Quickbooks or similar program
