TDF-CNC SERIES – OD MOUNT
Portable CNC-controlled flange facers with external clamping and two controlled axes (X+Z) for on-site use on flanges, valves, pumps, turbine housings and heat exchangers.
The TDF-CNC has infinitely-variable axial (X-axis) and radial feeds (Z-axis) and is designed for internal and face machining of rotationally symmetrical components.
With the TDF-CNC, almost all turning operations in the flange area of valves can be accomplished. Due to the solid design of the machine, end faces and holes, tapers, radii and grooves can be machined in one clamping operation using these machine variants.
The machine is operated by a mobile panel connected to the control system via cable. Machining cycles are pre-programmed for standard machining options. Essential parameters (spindle feed, feed, chip thickness, starting point, end point, and angles if applicable) are entered by the user, but no programming knowledge is required. The TDF-CNC can also be operated manually and additional automatic machining can be freely programmed at any time.
