TD-CNC SERIES

Portable CNC-controlled lathe with external clamping and infinitely adjustable axial (X-axis) and radial (Z-axis) feeds for on-site use on flanges, valves, pumps, turbine housings and heat exchangers.

Like all lathes from the proven EFCO TD series, the TD-CNC is designed for internal machining and facing of rotationally symmetrical components and is particularly suitable for machining with large submersion depths.

The TD-CNC has infinitely-variable axial (X-axis) and radial feeds (Z-axis) and is designed for internal and face machining of rotationally symmetrical components.

With the standard configuration, virtually all turning operations can be accomplished on site or in the workshop – the machining of valves, check valves, pumps, flanges, cylinders and similar workpieces. End faces and holes, tapers, radii and grooves can be machined in one clamping operation using these machine variants.

The complete gear unit as well as shaft encoders for the infinitely variable X-axis and the Z-axis, a cable-guided SIEMENS remote control unit (simatic mobile panel), and a compact rotary head are included in the standard TD-CNC.

The adjustment system for the exact alignment of the machine is already integrated into the clamping bolts that can be adjusted vertically and radially. This allows the TD to be aligned and centered parallel to the flange with only a few movements.
