TD SERIES

Portable lathes for on-site machining on valves, flanges, pumps, turbine housings.

With the standard configuration almost all turning operations in the valve area can be accomplished with the EFCO TD, such as the machining of valves, pumps, flanges, cylinders and similar workpieces on-site or in the workshop.

The adjustment system for the exact alignment of the machine is already integrated into the clamping bolts that can be adjusted vertically and radially. This allows the TD to be aligned and centered parallel to the flange with only a few movements.

The TD Series is particularly suitable for turning cylindrical and conical sealing surfaces in high-pressure valves (internal seals) and for the removal of welded-in valve seats.

Optional unit for high-speed grinding can be supplied (TD-1.02, TD-2.02).
